    Probably, didn’t think of that.
How do you expect me to put a 8” into a 8.4”

Maybe i should just go take a 7.5” core from a junkyard and send that in and sell the 8” e locker

Unless the 8 e locker uses a different spline count axel shaft in pretty sure i can put my 5lug shafts in it. I would also need to convert my e break to a 6lug style and either do soa or make the 8” sua

I didn’t read back very far, but I assume someone wants more traction, but doesn’t want to pay for an ARB, and is terrified of lunch box lockers because the TW mob says that they cause your truck to spontaneously combust when operated anywhere except a mud pit.

    How’d I do? :p

I’m a big fan. I was a super skeptic at first too. All things considered, I would never consider anything other than a lunchbox rear now. The added traction is a game changer, and the cost is low. You subconsciously negate the felt effects on road by your driving habits. I run the no-slip. 10/10 would recommend. Wouldn’t hesitate to run the lock-rite, spartan, etc either.

It’s super simple. On the throttle = locked. Off the throttle = unlocked.

If anyone has any specific questions feel free to ask.

Yeah, wasn't trying to be rude about his truck, just sounds like a whole lot of work and money to get to the point of being as capable offroad as a stock TRD. Not in go fast stuff obviously, but actually 4x4 scenarios

Nah, but they do make this really super awesome clunk/bang noise every once in a while when you get them bound up and they unload.

Pfft I found my 04 4x4 TRD supercharged with 24k miles on it in San Diego CA a couple years ago. When I was looking it wasn't hard to find 4x4s for sale but they aren't cheap here.

I did find a unicorn though mileage-wise but that would be true anywhere in the country.

That I do understand, it's hard to put a number on a vehicle with sentimental value. I can respect that.
