I recently traded a Silverado on a '18 cement lb 4dr Sport. I got tired of trying to fit the Chevy into parking garage spots, parking lots, traffic, etc.
I like the Tacoma, but it would sure help entry & exit if the seat was a little lower. I'm over 70 yrs old, with a 2 yr old right knee--so I'm not as flexible as I used to be.
    Any ideas on the seat?

Welcome to TW... Do you have step bars, If not you might get some. It might make it easier for you to get in and out.

Try looking into some side steps. They make really nice and low rise ones for the Tacoma. They even have fancy ones the retract when you close the doors.

I have the predator step tubes, but I'm 6' so the entry height is kinda in between. Had somewhat the same issue with my old Miata "play car", but that was worse. Getting down & in became torture. Finally sold that problem.

Welcome! As others have said, a nice set of predator steps or nerf bars will likely serve you well and make it easier to get in and out of the truck

You could always lower the truck!:D

even though thats not too popular on this forum, it might help. Mine has a 3.5" drop on the back. I still need to install the 2" drop on the front, but it definitely makes getting in and out easier
