Adobo, Pancit, and Lumpia is the food that comes to mind when you think of token Filipino food.

They do love their chicken though. McDonalds even served fried chicken.

The foods I just listed I rarely came across. The food that was easily accessible were animal intestines stew, blood curry (dinugan), balut, Frog Adobo, and whole fish. Even their goddamn Barbeque is made from animal entrails.

I ate Subway and McDonalds a lot. Which I rarely eat here, but it was better than eating whatever the hell food they were serving. Maybe I'm just picky, but I'm not eating no goddamn whole frogs and intestines.

Man that's about perfect.. simple and understated, but plenty of protection and way better departure angle. I want

Thanks man, I need to add a brace to the frame on the part that goes around the side. , but other than that it’s solid. Sticks out just as I want.

Front bumper and sliders are next

It looks really good, can you do a straight brace from the side tubes to the frame or will it have to curve. All bumpers with tube side always need a curved brace and that just ruins the integrity I think. I have to build a rear bumper soon because I need a tire holder and some side protection. What did you bend the tubes with?

I could make a straight one yeah. Could use round or some square 1.25” .120 wall I found. Tube would be more baller....I’ll have to plate the frame where I attach it. It’ll be super stout no matter what. Round with a bend is still extremely strong. Makes it more rigid too

I’m pretty stoked to make sliders. I want them to be like the ones I made for my 4runner. High clearance but still protect the rockers.

^^^ can barely even notice them.

I’m using 1.75” .120 wall dom for all this...it needs no gusset. Unless it actually doesn’t have much support. (Like the the wrap around legs that I need to brace now)
