I’ll be down to my 3 this weekend.
Yes it’s funny to talk about but in reality a blower breakdown half way through a blizzard is not fun. It has happened more than once and it was a non issue because I had a spare. I also have a spare generator. I just like playing with small engines..

 

That’s a mouthful first thing in the morning..

I seriously am not trying to be funny ... I think you're very smart. If my machine goes down, I'm shoveling... I've considered picking up a spare if I come across one cheap, maybe from somebody on base PCSing out...

Bad seal. Defrost mode can't keep up with the humidity or turn your A/C waaaayyyyy up.

My dad worked as a small engine mechanic after he retired from the military. It was kinda cool because I always had a lawn mower for mowing lawns to make money. Never had a spare but I always has a machine.

After tomorrow my vacation starts, and runs through Labor Day. Y’all have a good day.

 

South we’re headed down to help our youngest finish moving out of her apartment. We’ve had so much rain one of the damns here is about to break

Good Friday morning.

Up to 84 today so time to close the house up and AC on in a bit. But back down in the low 70's for highs starting tomorrow so can open everything back up.

Hard to believe grouse opener is only 6 weeks away. That 4 lettered word Work is going to push it out another month after that for me though. One day closer to retirement.

 

I don't know what I'd do with a month off work, but I'm sure I wouldn't want to go back when vacation was over. And thanks for reminding me about Labor Day. I do get a 4 day weekend out of that or a day of double OT. This close to the start of the LTVA season is usually when something breaks and usually a real head scratcher. So we'll just wait and see how this all plays out. But have a great vacation.
