Interesting. Years ago there was an otter in our pond. I called the game warden and he told me if it was eating the fish in the pond I could dispose of it however I saw fit. Before I had an opportunity the otter disappeared. That article seems to back up the Wardens instructions on handling the otter. Pop the Chipmunk with a CB long and be done with it as Tyler said.
