Those Billies are sick. What are the specs?

I know bilstein makes some high caliber equipment but they're so hard to find information on.

Hey gents, The cage is pretty much welded in but I need some advice on a couple of things. I will be running tube across the floor from front of the truck to the back. But my question is do I really need to tie in those tubes across the floor from driver to passenger? My seats come with bolt in mounts so I dont need the tubes for the seats. For the harnes tab on the inside by the center console I was going to weld the tab to a plate and weld the plate to the floor insead of running tubes between the seats just for harnes tabs. What do you guys think. Thanks!

I'd run tubes....they can be smaller...I'd make the seats and all safety stuff one with the cage and separated from the cab. Those across tubes kinda act as crossmember too for the frame of u think about it...helps with gettin into a t bone accident.

Ok I'll add the tube across the floor from driver to passenger. I have 1.50 I was paning on using. So when you say make the seats one with the cage should I tie in the bolt in mounts to the cage? Like weld them to the cage?

    This is what I have

I only ran two passes on my shoulder harness tabs. Should I run one more pass to bring the weld up to the edge of the tab on the back side and fill it in?

Would there be any downside to doing another pass (besides extra time, albeit not much of it)?

I wanna talk bypasses bois. Getting ready to order my first ever set of bypasses for the rear and I think I'm going to order some custom kings from DSM. I'm having trouble deciding between 2 tube and 3 tube bypasses for my application. I'm midtravel right now, and will most likely be for awhile, but I want to go 2+ up front eventually and going mid travel rear right now via Achive's hangers, extended shackles, and 14" shock relocation bracket. I'm on Dakar leafs right now, which I'll eventually switch out for some Deavers because they aren't a flexy pack, but I plan on staying spring over because I have a shell and want to get a RTT. Question is, would any of you consider triples to be overkill in my case for spring over? I know I could go 2-tubes and just run a good set of hydro bumps to tune for that last zone of compression, or I could run triples and just run timbrens or superbumps. The price comes out to about the same (hydro bumps a little more), but I'm wondering if I'd be able to use the performance of triples through the travel range (standard 2 comp, 1 reb) seeing as I'm not going spring under. Done hours of research but need some of your first hand experiences.

Id say get three tubes, and get some cheaper bumps like you said.

Also been a fun few days hanging with these dudes. Learned a lot about my setup and suspension tuning. Or at least enough that I'd be confident in doing some changes myself IMG_2694.jpg

Was awesome meeting @DMCtacoma and family, happy to have ya somewhat close by. Should make for some fun trips in the future.

And @dirt addiction truck is looking buttery smooth with the front bypasses and all the changes this weekend.
