I'm only slightly really jealous of everyone meeting up today. While I'm at work.




We're still about 3 weeks from completing this damn house. We've had all kinds of hold ups due to the other subs and superintendent and the builder not being on top of shizzz....

 

If its the one with all the flexing pics, its literally just a few acres of dirt mounds off the side of the main road at cota.. Still fun though

Just wanted to check it out, not often you don't have to pay to get off the pavement in Texas without pissing off farmers

 

Watched a couple youtube videos and feel pretty confident I can do my bump stop replacement alone. The brake line replacement looks simple as well but I have to drain all the fluid so that might take some time. LCA's are pretty straightforward and have been done recently so they shouldn't be all seized up and the lower links seem to be but couldn't find a video. Need to burn off some more gas before I try and get the skid plate on I think. Youtube certified in all the things!

If anyone has advice for any of it I'm open to it.

 

Don't drain all the fluid. Just get the plastic plugs to cap the lines. Saves a lot of time come bleeding.

 

Anyone have load bars for roof rack for sale?

 

Yea, just get the brass plugs to plug the brake lines instead of draining all the fluid.

This is Texas, so the thought revolves around pressure washing it clean in the spring.

 

Got to have all that driveway for all them hoes.
