Just took a look at that and if I take the rails off, there is no lip for the clamps to grab

 

I purchased a set of "API AC110" series clamps at the Tom's Camperland on Bell a few years back no problem.

I have some 2015 Tacoma power mirrors for sale. Everything worked when removed.

Side mirrors $150

2015 Tacoma tires 4 plus spare and lugs. $250

Side mirrors have water streaks that don't seem to clear when washed, can see in pictures. Have not tried any products to fix this issue though.
