I would say trade it to get the MT... then lift it and wheels. I know I would rather have a MT in my truck but Toyota deprives the DCLB owners... I know if there was a DCLB I would trade.

the A/Ts in this truck are faster and get better MPGs than the M/Ts b/c of the gearing. TSB on the 09+ A/Ts makes a lot of difference in feel.

if you want the manual trans, clean it up so it looks perfect condition, sell it privately for a high price, then buy the manual trans in the same truck.

The AT isn't any faster. Well, it depends on how you drive, but the MT would probably be faster with the right driver.

I say keep it. The hit you'll be taking on the trade goes a way to paying for the lift and stuff.

It's an 09 for crying out loud! The truck is like brand new! Keep it til it dies! Lift it and love it! That is an awesome truck with tons of potential! Think of it as a blank canvas.

Besides AT is a lot less aggravating to drive in city traffic.

Totally agree...with what you'd lose by trading it in or selling you could fund a lot of that supercharger! And she looks great...
