I think Im going to sell my RTT and get an OzTent. Sigh... Trying to get the tent on a 4R isnt going to be the best option.

ARB Simpson 3 with the annex. Its been through a few states, but in good condition. There is one tear in the rain fly on the right side where it got caught. Nothing terrible, but I know its there.

Asking 1200 for all of it. Id be willing to drop it on a trailer and meet somewhere around STL.

I'm thinking about getting there early. Get a good start on those springs. Then hopefully get home and get going on those new cam tabs and get that wrapped up before monday rolls around.

They’ve been selling them to anyone with loot and in some areas the abuse is starting to overwhelm emergency responder networks because they are easy to talk off band on. Good little radios, just too many in the hands of mental midgets that could care less.

Suspension, 33s, some armor... Rust, Gray wire and 2Low, and more. T4r is stock.
I had typed up a long rant but by the time I finished typing I had cooled off and thought it best to keep my comments short.

It's sad that people cannot be responsible with such things. Just my opinion, but the the issue is the missuse not the radio's capabilities...

There will always be people that abuse the system. And the way that these radios and a few similar have been marketed is simply irresponsible. The test is easy, even I passed it. And it opens up some really cool avenues for better understanding how it all works.

My buddy at Diode Dynamics came through for me again. A proper lightbar to replace my current crappy one. All for the price of a couple Hi-Res photographs. It's a blemished unit so they couldn't sell it.

    Hey guys!

Thanks for the heads up on some of the things I was looking for. I was busy with work and settling in STL.

Unfortunately my other 'Yota (MR 2) needs some attention at the moment. I've got some troubleshooting to do, but I might need to do a leak down test. I haven't done one before and while it seems easy enough, I don't have the equipment. @G.T. Is this something we could do at the mod day? Come to think of it, I'd have to trailer it over to be safe, which I don't have either/would have to rent :(. Might be a long shot on this board, but if I need someone to take a look, any leads in the area of a shop familiar with that car or cars/toyotas of that era?

I’d have to ask @MO Tacoma if we can do one here as I don’t think I have the tools for that job, but he might. The M.T. Recommendation is one I’ve heard allot in local Toyota groups so I reckon they’d be worth a talking to.

Regardless, hope to see you on the 18th at the mod day.

Just to confirm, that was from a guy on the TW facebook page. I know a few 3rd gen owners have upgraded and figured it was a good way to get stuff out of the garage and maybe get a tank of gas out of it.

Hoping the you have a safe trip out. I'll be gone Labor Day weekend but look forward to meeting up afterwards. If my luck holds I'll be coming back without the FlipPac.

Thanks! I'm looking forward to meeting you guys, but it probably won't be until we get settled into our new place. We are having a house built and it should be ready to move in on September 1st!
