Looking at getting a CB, any suggestions?

 

I'll send an email Monday. Also, we have access to the 'offroad park'

BUT, pretty sure they got mad about us ripping up their make shift parking lot road.

 

Get a Baofeng radio instead and Ill program it for you. It will do FRS, GMRS, MURS, and HAM frequencies. CB is just so hit or miss with reception. We got 5.5 miles with low powered GMRS in CO last trip.

 

oooooh, okay. Its still mostly all in the same place!

Central Texas' biggest gathering of auto enthusiasts has found a new home at Circuit of The Americas! CARS & COFFEE AUSTIN is taking over Lot A for a monthly pop-up car show for the entire family. All profits will be donated to a different Austin area charitable organization each month.

For anyone new, this gathering is a community effort that we all pitch in to supply various items for our group to make our day more enjoyable and full of bacon. A list of common items is as follows:

• Plates
• Plastic Ware
• Tables
• Chairs
• Cookers
• Trash receptacles and bags
• Really any food, utensils, snacks, drinks or random thing you can think of

**As always, it is not expected for anyone to bring anything. Anything that is brought is greatly appreciated, but you are still allowed to partake in any of the snacks/tacos even if you can’t bring anything**

There will *possibly* be a trip to Bastrop to do some wheeling following the event. Departure times from COTA will likely be discussed the day of at COTA.

Busy as always! My bad at not making it to the last C&C friends. I had something come up Friday night that I had to do Saturday morning for one of my friends that was unavoidable. But whats been going on? I'm about to get the truck a little sandy this weekend in Corpus Christi, heading out there in about an hour
