Yes... you're right. Tri-Flow is what I think most people use.

Lol... I have a small grease gun and that super lube we can get the grease in to the fittings. My grease gun has been acting like a bitch though, so hopefully it'll work.

I may pick up a grease gun then. I’ll need one eventually anyway.

If you grab a grease gun and it's the regular size, you need to grab a tube of grease... I only have the small tubes.

You'll want SuperLube or a Lithium based grease. That will work with Poly or Rubber bushings and boots. Regular oil based grease will eat poly bushings.

TC says to stay away from lithium and to use ptfe. I’ll get some super lube. Is that used anywhere else on the truck, or just the poly bushings? Most arms I’ve installed were heim joint. I have a grease gun but it’s nasty and full of food grade grease lol. I’ll go see my buddy O’Rielly here in a little bit.

Edit. Where can I find superlube?

That's wierd cause energy suspension says to use lithium based. I think you can get SuperLube at Napa... I always order it on Amazon.

@roguegs my buddy talked to his guy and a set of wheels powdercoated would be around $350 as long as its not some goofy special mix color.

And @Pella... I use SuperLube on everything on my truck (except I'll probably use Lucas red and tacky on my CVs when I do them)

You can even eat SuperLube lol... wouldn't suggest it but it IS even food grade.

I can’t recall where I read that but it was from TC, may have been in the instructions. Said the lithium isn’t good for poly bushings. I found one tube at Napa, good call. I think I got everything I should need. I’ll bring some torque wrenches and get some Taco stuff tonight.

Been reading up on it. The chemicals in White lithium wont eat the poly but dirt etc sticks to lithium and will cause more wear.

PTFE is basically teflon. Dirt doesn't stick to it.

Petrolium based grease will chemically break down poly bushings.
