Nice! Still don't understand why the 4 Runners come with struts but the Tacomas don't.

    nice job bro...looking good...:D

I installed mines a couple weeks ago and keep asking myself...why didn't I do this mod earlier...

cause toyota's stupid...with little things like that...

ask yourself this...why does the RAV4, FJ Cruiser, 4runner, Sequoia, and Tundra all come with rear disc brakes while the TACOMA still gets DRUMS...

The Red Lines are nice. I got in on the last group buy and got the better ones with the black mounts for a cheap price. It takes a about 45 minutes to install and that was going slow so I did not mess it up, since it requires drilling into the truck.

I can't say that I ever wished that I had rear disk brakes on my truck. The truck stops pretty good and I don't drive it like it is a sport car.

takes any where from 30-45 minutes...just take your time measure and drilling...measure 3 times drill 1...:D

the simplest and cheapest way to swap out the rear drum brakes is to find a totalled FJ Cruiser since it share the same lug pattern as us 6x5.5...or find a Tundra '03-'05 those also share the same lug pattern...

the only thing that you would have to get fabricated is the mount for the calipers...

trust me i've looked into tons of times...and have yet to find me a totalled FJ where i can transplant the discs off of onto my taco...
