    Calling all Cheap Mod People

Replaced all the door panel clips in both doors last night. All but 1 were completely broken.

Highly recommend doing this if your door panels rattle. Cost $5.00 and took about 10 minutes per door. Plus with the 50 pack you have spares for when more break

Fortunately/unfortunately. Got to do it now or I won't be able to throughout the winter because my income slows down quite a bit

Is that the only size you've had on your truck? Like before 265s or 286s?

Wondering how much of a difference the size and weight makes

Pretty big difference. Our trucks come stock with 265/70R16 that weigh in about 39lbs so jumping up to a 54lb tire is a lot on the gears.

My coopers have been good to me. They suck ass on wet pavement but everything else they’ve been kick ass with.

Replaced headlights & battery terminals. Since I was going to have the grill off I replaced the trans oil cooler hoses too (one of them was starting to show cracks)

The HL grommets that came with the new aftermarket lights are much better than what I was using for my HIDs. HLs would always fog up anytime I drove through a flooded road or wash my engine bay. Of course I still had to modify them but these seal nice & tight over my igniters where my old ones didn't do shit.

Don't know which Toyota the neg terminal comes off of but I had to cut the old one & modify it to work. Can't buy a stock replacement terminal, have to buy the entire ground harness. Like this one much better. My stock were so corroded the pos terminal was about to fall apart. I thought about getting some nice aftermarket ones from a audio shop but whatever, bought these on sale.

Since I have a rivet nut gun now, I installed nutserts for my trans oil cooler, no more having to fumble with nuts on the backside.

That's nothing, now I have 18x10s and 66lb stt pros.

The fn fx pros are even lighter then factory wheels so no doubt they will the lighter than my 18s as well. And I have 4.30s, so not so bad

I've had them before but they look so bland and not aggressive...

Might have to put looks aside

E load is killing it for me....why cant manufactures just make c load an option as well, especially with the popularity of this tire

If you don't off-road why not just get a p rated tire. The Michelin LTX comes in P rated and C and it is one of the best all around tires I've ever owned.

I do maybe once every two months but I'm also a construction worker who drives on site. Have to cross very uneven asphalt and concrete. Had to cross busted concrete with rebar in it once or twice, I at least want a c load.

I would do the C rated Michelin LTXs then. I run them on my heavy ass Land Cruiser and on my Tacoma before I got into more offroading, but even then they're the quietest, best wearing tires I've ever had. They have great traction.
