As of now just driving on the road, I only rub while turning near full lock(edit: when going over a bump) on the front bottom fenders. I hammered the pinch weld, the shop did the CMC and some additional hammering of the pinch weld since they wanted more clearance for safe measure. I'll be trimming the lower parts of the fenders tomorrow and will be installing Fend-X liners when that arrives in a couple weeks. Pavement queen in the meantime lol. Stock Baja suspension.

Update: I can now it take off the pavement lol. My local Ace ran out of the circular saw blade size that I needed and I didn't want to drive the next closest Ace(30 minutes away into our main town). Instead, I bought this sweet Japanese brand hand saw there designed to cut plastic. It cut the front bottom flares pretty clean! I just turned the wheels to full lock in one direction and I had enough space to do both sides. I was too lazy to jack up the rear of the truck to trim the bottom of the rear fenders, so those didn't come out so clean lol, but there's a little more clearance. I did a quick test in my driveway by driving off the cement onto the grass fully turned, reverse, opposite direction and etc., with my neighbors probably wondering what the fuck I was doing. I did rub turning into my driveway yesterday when I got home, btw. Since I was in the zone, I decided to take it on a dirt area nearby where there's a bunch of various dips here and there. The only time I got it to rub was when I took a dip at a pretty good speed and it only rubbed my front fender liners, which will be replaced with Fend-X as mentioned in my previous post. It was hard for me to tell if I rubbed any of the bottom fenders because some of the pre-existing dirt got smeared off when I was using the handsaw. I'll clean up the rear cuts sometime but I'm very content for now! Here are some pics:

I don't do any rock-crawling so full stuffage I'm not concerned about. I only go on bumpy dirt roads and sand. Kinda worried about the sand being able to fly into the new openings lol. And if I do anticipate on taking it on dirt roads with much bigger dips that'll cause some stuffage, I can simply pack my new saw with me and literally trim where ever I'm rubbing to prevent tearing off the flares.

I went out last weekend actually lol. I didn’t do anything to crazy since it was my friend’s first time offroading. Both the pros on King Suspension and Volk Te37’s :D

But now shes back to pavement princess mode after her spa day. I ended up doing another paint correction since I wanted to do another ceramic coating. I do want to take it out once more hopefully this/next month.

The teardrop is finally done. Drove 12 hrs to pick her up in Utah. Discovering at the last minute that the TRD caps wouldn't fit without adding spacers.

I had the same issue when I went to put my TRD rims on the trailer. Slapped the wheel and tire on the trailer and "SNAP" off flies the center cap. Had to get 1.25" spacers because of the EZ lube hubs sticking out so far.....

That's a dam nice looking trailer

Thanks. Did you have to buy different lug nuts for the spacers as well? They have different thread pattern than Toyota.

That was kind of a fiasco.
The trailer has the six lug Toyota pattern, but the standard trailer 1/2-20 studs (maybe it's 7/16-20 idk) so I had originally bought a set of spline lock lug nuts in that thread. They fit the TRD wheel just fine, but that was when I found out I needed spacers.

I ordered spacers for a Tacoma so the spacers came with the Toyota lugs. They also came with the spacer lug nuts for the Toyota.

I had to make a run to the auto parts store to buy open end short lug nuts in the trailers thread to mount the spacers to those hubs, and I had to buy another set of Toyota thread spline locks to fit the wheels to the spacers. At least now the lug nuts all matchy match to ease the pain....
