    I dislocated mine a couple years back and it has never been the same. Extending vertically and random movements often hurt. But like @TaKoToy said its cartilage damage and the doctor told me to live with it or get surgery and live with that.

    Same here. I fell mountain biking and landed on my shoulder a few years ago. The doctor never diagnosed it but if I do anything that involves my shoulder I’m sore for a few days...shoulders are the worst
