So without any added weight you must have gotten 4" lift out the Expos yeah? Any need for axle shims or have you been good, ie: no weird binding/popping, etc.?

Totally agree. After doing the coilovers, my knees were pissed off. Solution, cheap ass knee pads from HF.

I been good so far had a 1,000 pounds of horse feed and concrete mix in the bed and I heard some light squeaking when going through a corn field. As of shims idk never used them. And yea 4" lift without weight and some axle hop when going through wash board at high speed

I keep a couple thick wool blanekts on the ground where I'm working, helps a ton especially because I have an old "vintage" driveway that would kill you otherwise. But those blankets are so covered in grease and oil by now lol.

I got some new bushings and greasable bolts for the main eyes so I'm hoping that takes care of any squeaking...my Dakars mostly made noise from the main eye area.

Speaking of being sore. I’ve been working on the truck every day for like 6-10 hours after coming home from work. 12 hours on weekend...for the last week and a half. I’m pooped.

It's really amazing how forgiving the human body is when you're in your 20s...jesus the shit I put mine through...

At 32 I realize I'm still young but I can say with 110% certainty that shit doesn't heal up as fast and hurts longer than it used to.

think im going to order the AAL from LowRange. Cheaper ($57.76 total) than Wheeler's and free USPS Ground shipping. Dislike using USPS for shipping but not in a rush so...

I think I got mine from there...or maybe Headstrong...I know I got my bushings from LROR. They ship fast despite saying that your order will take up to 3 days to process, mine went out the next workday.

Yep, one of these days I'll put an order in with Marie and gang. California though - taxes. Out of state, none.
