Here’s a look at bolt on sliders removed 4 years after install. I’m removing to clean them up, skin the top like a step, and repaint, as well as coat the frame rail and plates with anti-seize like butter on toast. Not saying the corrosion is that bad but it’s there and if I let the sliders stay bolted on longer than it would most def manifest to frame rot. If I was to do it over again I’d do weld on sliders. And no I’m not gonna cut this set up and weld them on.. wanna see how all the anti-seize does. Possibly next go around I’ll weld them on if I get the same corrosion results.

That blue looks so nice in the sunlight.

Also why did you name your car after a cheap autobody shop that paints cars for $500 & does a shitty job at it?

That could be argued and would make way more sense.

But Mako sharks are grey & your car is.....................baby blue? What gives? Is it a rare species that is only know to exist on the coasts of Africa or something?

@FadedComa care to give your opinion on this?

Must be a subie thing. My paint is either gray or a weird blue depending who you ask and how the light hits it.

Watching randy's video and shameless season 8 at the same time is a lot of work.

It is grey, but the color is called cool grey khaki if im not wrong. Which is going to appear blue-grey in most lighting. Especially on camera. My guess is it just reflects blue more than any color, which is why it looks blue.
