Birthday Party for FIL was good. Most of the people were his family from the Duluth/Superior area. I haven't seen some of these people in 13 yesrs. Party was at their church. They thought they were going to meeting. He was so surprised he started crying. Lots of good food, but no ketchup.
Now we are back at their house. We'll spend the night here and head home tomorrow.

    Evening people.
Doing some work on the work table today.

    Increased the size slightly.
    So a few pics.
    Forming the center section
(Notice the new work bench extension lol)

After some glue and screws I have this.
    066EC052-8A92-4F73-BEB5-7D7FF0C527D0.jpg
As you can see it’s a little bit more stout.

    D1FCC70E-A744-4D30-A3AB-0A267E42D08C.jpg

So started on the center section
I left some extra clearance with the 2x3 edge.
When I get the leafs done I’ll lay them upside down and install all the hinges at once for a tight fit. Then install the center section assembly into the frame.

    9858524B-FFDC-4F28-B6EB-10363CCE2685.jpg

Test fit the center section. I’ll fit and temp install with short screws for reference then install the correct screws on final assembly

Got caught in a rain storm on the way home and things got wet. Unfortunately my brand new sanded plywood warped.
So took out a few tricks from my rc plane knowledge and set it up to straighten it out. Should be fine in the am.

So it’s coming along pretty good.
Still haven’t figured out my legs yet as I need to have it assembled in front of me to invent a leg assembly I can live with.

Thanks for all of the well wishes. I appreciate it. He's been admitted. Looks like a kidney infection and somethings going on with the liver. Still running tests.

Well, up a little earlier than planned, but sleep was solid, so no complaints.
