I got a guy lined up to buy the Dakars as-is but if that falls through I'll let you know...I think there was someone else on here that was interested in them too but I don't remember who it was lol.

My KO2s get pretty chunked up as well, I'm on my 2nd set now and it's the same story. I don't blame the tires, I hit some very sharp rocky trails and pretty much expect that kind of damage to occur. They've treated me very well, never once had a leak or flat or any kind of damage that required me to use a spare. I'll always vouch for KO2s.

 

I was in that batch too then haha, I had weird chunks missing in places that seem like they wouldn't touch shit, they couldn't be balanced worth a shit, and they did the cartoon banana peel gag on every surface but snow.

 

that being said, I'm looking at trying out the Cooper ST Maxx on my next go-around....just want to try something different TBH. And there aren't many options in a skinny 255/85r16, but KO2s do come in that size.

 

Sorely disappointed. I misread the title and thought this thread was about first generation Lunchables. Those were good...ahh memories!

 

I wasn't around for those but if they had just as much salt as the current ones then I believe it haha

That's the curse of the KO2, they just won't fucking die. I gave mine away for about $25 a tire just so I wouldn't have to think about them anymore. I'd rather a tire that performs better but I have to replace it every 2-3 years of dirt miles
