Hey I passed my iso14001 test! This means you have to take the ham radio class.

    New job... overwhelming.

Yesterday was first day. Came in at 11a. Laptop wasn't ready, so they let me leave at 1p. Id say it was good. Today is fun. Still no idea what's happening, but getting more access to stuff. Slowly learning

Not sure if coming to AOAA

That's good at least you're not getting it all crammed down your throat at once! Yet anyway.

Which is stronger? Through bolt or rivnut?

I'd say stronger is through bolt, but that's not saying that a ruvnut is weak. If I had rivnuts I'd 100% go that route instead. It turns it into a one man operation and makes removal wayyyyy easier if you need to. I may swap to rivnuts at some point.

Might go that route then since I don't have any hardware yet anyway

If theres no antiseize, they might not be coming out again. I only took mine out once to put d rings on them and that was fairly early in the trucks life. They were pretty rough then and I coated with antiseize. Never took them back out.

If you attempt, hit them with a chunk of bronze or copper first to help free them up a bit, you should be able to get them off. I just removed mine 2011 70000 miles that's been living in MA and CT with all the road salt. Little persuasion was needed but freed them up with a bunch of rust on them.

I no longer have my truck. That is the next owners problem.
