I've been getting this error message on Entune for the last 2 days. Is anyone else having the same problem?

I've tried unlinking/relinking Pandora in the "ToyotaEntune" iPhone app, I deleted both the ToyotaEntune and Pandora apps from my phone and re-installed them - still no luck.

Everything else seems to be working fine, but Pandora continues to vex me. Any ideas?

When this happens to me, I usually reboot the headunit by pressing both the knobs in at the same time for a few seconds. This usually fixes it up for me.

I usually have to do one of the dollowfol or a combination of: disconnecting Bluetooth and reconnecting, disconnecting and reconnecting entune, and rebooting the head unit. For rebooting the head unit, you only have to hold in the left knob not both.

Does Pandora work fine on your phone in a stand alone situation?

Yep. On my phone, my PC, anywhere I've tried it.

iHeartRadio works on Entune, the other music app does too. I can play music from my phone via Bluetooth on it as well. Only Pandora seems to be affected, and it's only not working right with Entune right now.

So weird! This Entune HU is such a PITA sometimes. Did you by chance recently update your phone? And do you have the latest version of the entune app on it?

Mine has done weird things with certain versions of ios and the entune app

Haven't recently updated the phone, but it's the latest version. Re-installed the Entune app on it as well. The Entune app is the early one like what was on it before, I tried the new Entune 3.0 as well - nothing there.

This all happened after I got the latest TSB update (T-SB-0062-18, for throttle response) day before yesterday, Pandora hasn't worked since - no matter what I do.

Disconnecting the phone, shutting off then turning on bluetooth, resetting Entune on the app, resting the hu never seem to do any good for me. The only thing that usually works is restarting my phone. 90% of the time it then connects. Restarting my phone has now become the first thing I do when I get an insufficient connectivity error.

Before this happened, I'd do pretty much the same thing. Restarting the phone usually worked, but I found that restarting the HU was a little quicker and seemed to work just as well.

I can't imagine how a TSB for the ECU would affect this, but I haven't been able to use Pandora via Entune since that got updated.

I even called Toyota about it once, they said that the basic Pandora works best with their units, and that customers have had issues in the past with premium accounts like I have. I even made a basic account and linked that one, and still nothing.

I'll give the hu reset a shot next time. Never tried it.

I have a basic account. Are there any other advantages to a premium Pandora account other than unlimited skips? Any other features accessible through the headunit as is? Better quality audio etc.?

For now with the basic Pandora account I never have commercials when playing through the hu so I don't see a reason to upgrade my account. Is there really any?

Unlink and then relink pandora on the entune phone app. I have to do this about every 4th truck startup.

My truck has been doing the same thing with the hu Pandora app. Very frustrating. I guess I'll just continue to play it bluetooth through my phone. I really liked the hu Pandora app that "used to" work.lol

I don't know WTF happened with that Pandora Entune app.

I can be on my home wireless connection at full strength, and STILL get that "insufficient connectivity" error.

I'm not real fond of just running my Pandora through Bluetooth, but whatever I guess.

Ya, I can't fix it.

I deleted all personal data on my headunit (basically resetting it), I tried using a non-premium Pandora account (like Toyota recommended when I called them), nothing.

It's frustrating because EVERYTHING else works! Just no Pandora.

i know this is along shot, but have you tried it with your phone in another tacoma? because if this works, then you may be able to make a case with your service manager that your headunit is defective. I would try it out if it were me.
