If I don’t get home too late I believe I will. I did get under the truck for a few minutes yesterday and checked the color coding on the springs. Both sets are the same. White lettering on the passenger side and yellow on the drivers side.

Civic would have been better for sure. Took us about 15 hours, but with kids and had stops actual travel time was probably about the same. Hit a decent amount of rain and wind in the way down, which are fun when you're driving something shaped like a wall. Then about 2.5 hours of misc traffic. I was l planning to hit Shenandoah Nat Park on the way down but was so far behind schedule I just ended up staying on 95 (really 495 beltway around DC) instead of taking 66west over to Shenandoah. Going to try to hit it on the way home

Not as cool. Can you compensate for actual mile vs odo due to the size?

I also use other tabs to track maintenance and mods

I couldn't track everything like that. I just write it all in the back cover of my owners manual.

Maintenance that is... Fuel economy, I just check out the dash and do a quick gut check at the pump to see if it seems close. Every time I checked it, it's been with .1 MPG of what the dash shows.

Finally arrived in the Wild West of MA, Berkshires!! camping at Mt Greylock for a few days to escape the jungle. The campsite requires you to hike in a good 45 min., but damn is it worth it... absolutely awesome sites, and super quiet.
Truck did awesome on the drive, the General X3’s were surprising quiet and vibration free, though I did air up once on the Cape because it was feeling too squishy..42psi seemed to be right for highway

    My pleasure. Good to hear.
Are you happy with the site?
Yeah, Sperry is a pretty special place. The spot with the overlook looks into a place called the Hopper. It is a very rare little piece of forest. Some old growth Red Pine in there. You may get lucky and see a could eagles floating around in there.

Like Doc said, if you need anything don't hesitate to reach out. I'm only around 15 minutes from the north side of Greylock.

Great! Haven't actually been home much lately--spending a lot of time at work this summer. But when I am, it's quiet--just the way I like it.

The neighbors told me they've just started building a house in Florida so they'll be gone by this time next year. I don't know them well, but they seem like good people and have never been trouble in any way. Be interesting to see who ends up there next.

Yes, quiet time will soon be gone.

    How did the hiring go?

I unfortunately couldn't hire the young kid I wanted to. I did some digging and while the people who know him personally say he's great, I found people who work with him that told me many horror stories. I can't take the chance.

We hopefully have someone else. She had a great resume and great interview. Superintendent is meeting with her tomorrow, I believe, so as long as something odd doesn't happen, she'll get the offer then.

Good idea....lucky you did some extra "digging" to get deeper.
    Good luck with everything.

Things are okay. Liking the increase in rain, which increases river action. :D
I hate the flip to August. I start to stress and scramble more. Have to get my head together. Lots to prep for.
Have been rebuilding some LCAs for the truck this past week. Taking my time so I don't fuck anything up.
Other than that....practicing a bit more than I usually do. That is about it.

Yup, my river is moving very nicely now.

We consistently start school in August now, too. Used to be after labor day most of the time, makes the summer feel even shorter.
