Are any of your neighbors selling, maybe in the 250's????:rofl:

I may actually end up much closer to you, finding some nice places along the southern 202 corridor.

When we bought our house last year in September it was 355. I don't know what the others may be going for in this area. It would be cool to have you on this side of the world

The shelves on the walls helped a lot with getting all the shit out of the third bay for sure. Once I get a shed outside in the back yard all my lawn care equipment will be out of there and I will be able to park another vehicle in there if I want to.

Bout to head to PHX for the night from Sedona. Y’all know of any places on a Sunday open that has RTTs on display? Does the REI?

Yeah I figured the area exceeds my price range by a fair margin. I'm hoping I can find a place that has either a decent garage or the space to add more eventually. I found a nice place that was a "normal" 2 car garage but went almost 2 deep with a little workshop area, but it sold fast.

MT stuff, RTT stuff, the usual.
Looking for a good campsite up north near water for the kids to play in. Preferably in the rim area, don't want to mess with Sedona crowds too much. Any suggestions? Want to get these kids out next weekend.

Mine isn’t a shelf issue, I actually have 6 of those large shelf rack things, it’s more large furniture items, 6ft vanity, rims, leaf springs, ottoman, entertainment center, then misc stuff.

My brothers uncle is willing to part with his ninja 250r for 500. Needs some work, debating on if I should get it or not.

Do it. It's the bike I started on. They're slow, but at the same time they are fast enough that you're not gonna get run the fuck over.

Honestly I think riding a slow bike fast teaches you the max-attack canyon carving skillz way faster. You pay a lot more attention to slow in, fast out and all that because you can't hide your lack of cornering skill behind a wide powerband. You've gotta learn to be in it to win it, shift smooth and stay in the powerband, brake smooth, lean that bike over, erase your chicken strips, and power out. I can't tell you how many 600's I had to let off on because I was either going to clip them on corner exit or have to go full Rossi for "the pass" and probably eat shit myself.

I only rode it for one season before moving up to a 600 but I would say it was extremely valuable learning to drag pegs on the toofiddy.
