Let me know what you find. I have had zero luck finding a 16x8.

What I meant was the rims from Toyota all seem to be 16x7. I am running 33s and they call for a 8" width rim.

Love your wheels! I just bought the 16’ 4runner version and will be painting mine as well, matte black. Question, how are you getting your center caps off without scratching your newly painted wheels?
My current setup is with the stock 16’ pizza cutters, painted matte black. Every time I take the center caps off I inadvertently gouge the wheel paint. To circumnavigate this I painted the hubs matte black and problem solved, but I would at least like to have the option of putting the center caps on my new wheels, once I get them painted.
Side note, did you use a clear coat on the wheels after painting them? I didn’t on my painted pizza cutters and they still look great, 2 years later, but I’m open to advice or suggestions on the matter for my future wheel project.

Drove 4 hours to get these babies, yea yea they’re not on my truck, yet....
been shopping around for these for 2 years. They would always sell before I could make a deal. Painting these matte black, and will repost once on the taco. I feel like Kevin Spacey in American Beauty...

I have a plastic trim tool that I use. But I try not to take them off unless I remove the wheels. Just pop them off from the inside

That had not occurred to me, popping them off from the inside. Feel a bit silly, but wasn’t even aware that could be done. Popping them off from the inside with the wheel on the hub, correct?

ive taken the caps off twice since painting them and no issues..If i remember correctly, the Duplicolor can said i could clear them but i didn't.The texture feels like the factory texture on my rubicon wheels. After a year of use i doubt i will have to touch them again for years.

According to discount tire website 285/75r16 suggested rim size is 7-10 in wide

Wow, those things are a dime a dozen around here. Several sets on CL that have been on there for a long time...

Are you sure they are 16's? Pretty sure they are 15's from the early first gen Tacoma. I had them on my 95.5 reg cab. I could be wrong but the ones i had were 15's for sure.

They made both, I always thought the 15s were the hard ones to get ahold of
