Add A Leaf

Hello all, this is going to most likely sound very ignorant but I was wondering if you can use an AAL kit more than once on a stock leaf pack, so add more than one leaf.

 

Even if you bought two of them like the 1.5” or 2” wheelers that’s over 200 dollars there...all pro and OME dakers are a couple hundred more and you’ll never have to touch them again. Buy once cry once. I would never stack two add a leafs that were the same size.

 

Just buy a 3-leaf progressive AAL instead.

 

Yea, 1 add a leaf is all I would do, they need to all be longer than the next as well for them to function properly.

Use a lift block if all you want is height.,

 

just buy a proper leaf pack.

Been rocking a single 2in aal for a long while now on my stock 3+1 leaf pack.... its likely going to get replaced by some OME dakar mediums (EL095R) Axle wrap issues should be solved and it will be a much better spring pack.

 

Do it right by getting a leaf pack like others have suggested. Stacking aal's will do nothing besides you visiting the dentist for dentures. The ride quality will be jarring on an empty bed and avoid any lift blocks.

 

I couldn't be happier with my HS 3 leaf progressive AAL. Ride is smooth as butter. YMMV
