Ok. Final pics. One huuuge mistake that might stand out to some... (Second to last pic)

But overall... I'd say top 5 or 6 briskets I've done. Hated to crutch it and lose some bark but the flavor was amazing! The spicy PF really showed through. Eve. The wife noticed it more. Nice bend to it and pull test was close. Not great but really good. On to pics and a potential full write up at sose point. Including my goof up... On to the pics. Again...

And a low quality gif of fat juice flowing...

Yup. A chunk of the point... The giant pieces were sliced wrong .Really tough to eat but live and learn. Got carried away taking pics and lost track on that chunk.

Looks friggin' delicious! That smoke ring...

The point being with the grain wouldn't bother me in the least. That meat is so tender, it barely matters at all. I guess you can see it in pics, but I bet you can't tell much while eating it.

Great pics, as always! I appreciate this week's episode of BBQing with @Misplaced Nebraskan :D.

Also a good plan. Not much left of it after my little slider sammies.

It definitely has some tug and pull to it but was sliced thinner so not too bad. I'm just too critical of my own cooks. But still pleasantly impressed at the same time.

Glad I could keep y'all entertained on this week's episode  . Now I gotta get working on the next script :D

Holy cow, that's awesome! I'll look it over more closely, but looks fine to me! Thanks for that!

I'm now empty on briskets again so I'll hit up Costco and see if they still have the 3.59 prime packers going...
