scratch removal?

hey guys i have some scratches on my truck from a pinetree, none to deep and they only seem to be in the clear coat. whats the best way to get them out

 

buff it out with some Meguiars SCRATCH X 2.0. works great!

 

I'd use whatever the new and improved Billy Mayes is selling

There is some guy with a British accent that has redone some of his infomercials. No originality: they use the exact same script; word for word!

clay bar, wax, and polish will do the trick...

that guy died almost a year ago...

i actually met him in person 1 day at the hotel I work at...he was drunk but was giving products away left and right...

 

I would love to see a tutorial on scratch removal!

i tried all types of things and funny thing is the best thing was the Billy Mayes fix a scratch stuff theyre talking about.....it just fills the lines with clearcoat

 

hey, its time to resurrect an old thread.

I just got my truck. After washing it the first time, i noticed a bunch of scratches. I'm using quixx to fix the scratches. It works VERY well but is a lot of work.

Is there a good wax that will remove very minor scratches such as swirl marks? Would a clay bar take care of this?
