Is this a good lift? Can you help pick it apart if needed. I have a 2018 TRD OR and want more clearance. Running 265/75 r16 ko2’s. Occasionally pull a small 3K pound pop up camper. Any and all advice is extremely appreciated.

Daily driver and weekend off-roader. I would say I don’t need more than 2-3 inches and probably not King’s/icons/etc. but then again I did just tear up my undercarriage (last post).

Also, rather than leveling out truck, should I be trying to keep the rake for TSS?

that's a lot of money, contact Marie at Headstrong off road and install yourself, you could do it for less than 1k..

$530 for an adjustibe UCA is quite a lot.

You can do the lift yourself and save some dough.

If you want more clearence, buy bigger tires. If you can’t fit the tire you want, start lifting your trucks to accommodate your needed tire size.

Looks like they are reusing your stock coils, which is what they did in my friends 18'. I would get OME 887 or 888 coils depending how much you want to lift. But as others have said, you can save a lot by doing it yourself or going to a non dealer installer.

The cheapest UCA that I have seen is just under $500 (SPC), so it's not too too much.

Yeah there are plenty of install vids on YT. Also, you could just buy the aftermarket coils so you wouldn’t even have to swap out the stock ones and still be way ahead cost wise and much easier to install.

OP, the same lift WITH new coils assembled on the shocks, UCAs and an AAL from Headstrong Offroad is $1,097.99.

Wow, where at? I wouldn't mind picking some up for that price...I was looking at HS and they are $485.

At headstrong. Their online pricing is limited with minimal advertised pricing. If you call they can hook you up.

No doubt many coins could be saved by ordering parts online and installing yourself but I've seen a lot worse quotes from dealerships. That's not way out of line to be honest.

No worries ome dakar leaf pack..replaces your stock wimpy leaf springs they are beefy An won’t sag no where near the stock ones when loaded. Ride better too should get you 2.75-3in lift in the rear.

They have a medium an heavy duty set I went with the HD an like the ride.

    Just 3 tons of fun!!!
Damn son! Over $800 labor for a lift?

My buddies were over at my place this weekend and we lifted two 3rd gens and a 2nd gen... and my wife cooked them food.

We did all 3 lifts on Saturday and were done before 7... and that's with replacing UCAs on 2 of the trucks.

They were gonna put on a aal which is a decent upgrade you’d get 1.5-2 in lift with that..all that is just additional leafs added to your stock leaf pack but they still sag. Do it right the first time get dakar I had aal first rode good but would sag if I put a lawn chair in the bed.
