I just got some 4 or 6 mil plastic sheeting from the hardware store and made my own when I put new speakers in.

 

The goo looks excessive on that, usually they just to the edge, but if you carefully tear it off you can reuse what's there

 

My neighborhood always got interesting cars

We had several days of -15 to -25 degrees. Coldest winter I could remember in a long time

 

I guess your humid cold is a lot worse than our dry cold huh
