Usally if i do it at home i just make the pizza on the tray i cook it on so i dont have to transfer it. Now how we do it at my job is we have a pizza paddle (you can get then on amazin for cheap) and you gotta make sure you flour that well before putting the dough on it so it doesn’t stick then we toss it in the oven. You dont have a wood fired oven so you arnt cooking on stone so i guess if you have a flat tray then You can just leave that in the oven then toss the pizza on that

Just finished my second attempt at homemade pizza. I did a little better than the first time. Keep the yeast in the freezer, it lasts longer. I also look at the expiration date.

I want to try this place that opened near where I live now. They supposedly make a pie so big some people can't fit it in their car. Big doesn't mean good but the reviews seem pretty decent.

Well Buddy & I went on my 1st solo camping trip. We headed up to .
Buddy & I had a blast & we both made some new friends.
No pizza pics, but I did make 3 great pies (2 pepperoni, sausage & bacon, 1 pepperoni & sausage) while I was there & everyone that got to try it loved it.
Bambi's mom came several times looking for pizza, but always at the wrong time.
I've already have requests for Labor Day weekend camping pizzas.20180803_161300.jpg 20180804_105049.jpg 20180804_105615.jpg

There are mash potatoes on it? I made some mash potato flat breads once and did pizza on top of them (chicken bacon ranch I think)

Don't get me started on the pizza. I have a whole yelp review list and photograph collection of my pizza adventures. This one here is from a trip to Dallas area. Sicilian style at Joe's in Arlington.
