    If I could do 20-30 pull ups, and unlimited push ups....I'd look a whole lot different. HAHAHAHAHA


    Alas, I cant do any pull ups, and push ups start to hurt the joints after about 30. So, instead of jumping in the gym with a bunch of weight, I'm going to work on the simple stuff first and build strength back slowly.

    My joints are currently being ravaged by arthritis so body weight workouts are something I can do but often it's painful and extremely discouraging. I wanted a free weight style system as I use them at the gym when I go and I'm able to actually do a complete workout and build strength back.
