    I mean I had two leaks in my bestop. Emailed them and no questions asked had a new one at my door in less than 10 days. So yea.. that should be replaced immediately. I’d call them, don’t get an answer you like, ask to talk to their supervisor, so on and so forth. You’d be surprised how quick shit gets fixed when people are tired of sending you up the chain of command (assuming they are gonna be pricks about getting it fixed or replaced)

    Heck no you aren't being picky!!!!! You spend that much on a light they should be water tight enough to keep moisture. Cheap repop taillight and headlights last longer than that. It's rated for IP68 which is a water and dust rating that is defective. Send them bakc the light along with an email with pictures of every pod with moisture in them letting them know it's on the way. I'd ask to get reimbursed for shipping back to them as well.

    I mean a key in my eyes is the IP68 rating for waterproofness. I'd call when I could over 1g dropped on a light bar and it should be of top notch quality. I think having someone on the phone would definitely go further.
