Yea I blew mine 5100s up within a year of having the truck. When we were wheeling Henniker, NH they were blown for awhile at that point.

Haddad in Pittsfield did the frame replacement on my '01. Good service and good communication. Have heard other stories about them from other customers though.

 

if you don't mind driving way out Lia Toyota in Schenectady is really good to deal with. I think they might have a dealer in Springfield area as well.

Haddad was the place that inspected our 1995 a while back when Toyota was still doing the buyback versus the frame replacement.

 

We've had bad luck with their sales department, always high on asking prices and they get confused when you negotiate prices and they just want to talk monthly payment plans.
I know the service manager and I have good luck when I dealt with him directly. However the times when he wasn't in its been touch and go.

Mine has been good to me over the last 10 years. Only things that I've had to fix is the compass, a wheel bearing, and a foglight harness.

They stopped dealing with customers directly on Ford products and maybe that was why I had an issue with the CS.

I have had both good and bad experiences with them, but I recently figured it out. It really depends on who your advisor that day is. An older (not very) guy really did a top notch job for me the other day and was all over everything, as well as knowledgeable about my truck. Previously worked with a younger guy, who was nice, but didn't really know what was going on, said yes to everything, then would tell me no 4 hours later.
