Let’s say I am looking at a list of the TSBs out there for my vehicle. Does the dealer check on those at every scheduled service? Are they covered under warranty? Where do I find the TSB list for my vehicle? Thanks.

Depends on the dealer. Mine has done many updates in the past without being asked. I have a 17 Corolla that just got a CVT software update. Part of the regular maintenance for them. I am hoping its the same when I bring in my Taco for its first maintenance. This thing with some dealers where they won't do shit unless you have exact wording in a complaint would have me finding a new dealer.

Looks like they are not up to date. How about Toyota's site:https://www.toyota.com/recall

TBS are what service advisors and technician can look through when a customer come in with an issue and has a specific complaint. They don’t just print them all out and hand them to you when you come in and apply the bulletin to the vehicle just because you stopped in for service. A bulletin may apply only in specific situations, or models or trims. Some are certain production dates or VIN specific. So many different factors. They really aren’t meant for customers to see because just like on here you will get people who think the bulletin applies or should apply to there vehicle, when it doesn’t. It just causes more problems. So dealers will refuse to perform certain bulletins unless it meets the specific info listed in the bulletin. Others leave it to the discretion of the technician. Others will just perform them just to keep the customer happy, even if they know it doesn’t apply or won’t fix, or render the issue.
