☆ OFFICIAL MEMBERS UPDATE ☆

Hello TTC Team, wanted to give a quick update as to what is going on behind the scenes.

TTC vendor’s canopy complete. Will be used at upcoming meet.



Koozies complete.



TTC flag order will be placed Wednesday 8th. 25 flags will be ordered and delivered to @ChadsPride



TTC small 12"x18" flags are in design and will be ordered soon.

@Beef Nachos is currently getting quotes for Bandanas.

I have found a TTC towel that I think everyone will approve of. It is a 16”x16” Microfiber Towel with carabineer. Colors has not been decided but can be ordered in multiple colors. I have lots of these in my boat and trucks. Here is a sample. Waiting on quotes for embroidery.

Quote received on TTC 6’x12’enclosed trailer, now designing vinyl wrap for trailer.

TTC Annual Crawfish / BBQ planning is ongoing. Have made contact with Hidden Falls Adventure Park for provisions needed to support this.

Communication is in progress for quotes on TTC windshield shades.

Always ongoing for raffle items from all vendors. If there is something different you would like to see, please let Chad and I know.

TTC shirts are in design.

TTC generic hat is in design. You can still get your own personal designed hat if desired.

TTC table skirts are in design.

Anybody want this tinted vinyl? I got it as a gift when I had my wrx. You could use it to tint fog lamps or other lights. I don’t think there’s enough for the headlamps. Maybe on a 3rd gen.

 

Vinyl wrapped trailer?... For?.... I like the ideas of all the swag and flags a lot. But just to play devil's advocate here for a second and I know behind the scene talks have happened...

I think we really need to hash out some organizational club structure first and long term agendas. Like how will this stuff be paid for? Beyond our baller supreme leader Chad, what other roles are there? Treasurer, scheduler, City chapter presidents/VP? More TTC organizational events like the trail clean up? Local charity help? More tacos and tacos of course... Annual dues to help repay people who have/are fronting a lot?

Annual all Texas TTC camping and Wheeling weekend to bring as many together as we can?

I do trust you @ChadsPride and you've got something awesome going here and I just want to support and help where I can to see this amazing club flourish and grow even bigger.

With all that said, I'll keep buying the swag, cooking and participating in as much as I can.

@Lurkin my nachos always seem to come out well. Also, when I called today the staff knew who I was immediately over the phone so I feel like I might have a problem.

 

I'm assuming the trailer would be for transporting the pop up and various equipment to events. I do agree a little more clarity into where Chad sees this all going and what his end goal is would be great so we can really see how we can best support.

 

Gotta start with a Constitution of sorts.

 

Just mentioned this to @Bigdaddy4760 a few weeks ago. Lots of concerns/kinks to work through to get this club operating on all cylinders.
