Time to spreadsheet the hell out of TTC.

    That's called ignorance.

The stronger the foundation, the more secure the organization.

Transparency and accountability is crucial for the longevity of our family.

    What is this, Best TTC?

If so, you forgot Glorious Supreme Leader Chad.

    In all seriousness, you're right.
I too would love a bit of structure, a chain of command with roles. That would take some pressure off Chad and allow him to focus on spreading the Gospel instead of having to deal with us.

At first the trailer idea did seem like a bit too much but loading and unloading things like the canopy into the bed of a truck only increases the risk of damage to it. Trailers are great because they can be loaded after an event and inventoried. At the end of the day it is just parked at its destination and doesn't have to be unloaded like a truck bed would.

I don't think a vinyl wrap is a great idea cost wise, while some vinyl lettering could probably be done more cost effectively and even the TTC logo could be cut by some of our members if it is cut in individual sections. Better use of resources in my eyes.

Trail Cleanup is essential, but I think we can also find a better way to provide a more direct community service that helps support someone other than offroaders.

There's alot of members, the Coalition will only continue growing, structure is vital to maintaining everyone's sanity and avoiding that any one individual burns out.

It'll also add a common focus; as we grow and become more solidified as an organization, there will come a time when this nucleus will be necessary for cohesion and fatigue prevention.

@ChadsPride did anything ever happen with the Adopt-A-Highway thing?

I looked into it and it looks pretty simple. They give us a 2-mile stretch of highway to clean up 4 times a year, all of the volunteers have to watch a safety video.

TxDOT provides us with trash bags, vests, signage and picks up the trash bags. And puts up a sign with Texas Toyota Coalition on it.

We can even do multiple highways in different counties so each chapter can do their section.
