That's a truely decked out truck man. Curious to see what you do with the rack in the back and how your idea fleshes out. After that lol, I have no idea what's left. Ejection seats?

Thanks. Hoping it will turn out clean..otherwise it's not going on the truck lol. I try and keep my designs with a balance of form and function. Next is exhaust reroute with transfer case skid, finish bed rail/rack, and planning a trip over to the grand canyon and up through Moab and put this thing to work.

Looking forward to your Moab pics. I like the clean look too. Just like a nice watch it's a balance between the two. Why reroute the exhaust though? I guess its in the way of something?

It's in the way of having a flat skid plate. The skid plates made for factory exhaust routing have to hang low to clear.

    Dual battery with solar charging.
    Hummer-like air hubs.
Make a cluster of those laser lights pointing straight up so TW peeps can find the campsite beacon like the Luxor in Vegas. Call it MVFS (Meso Visable From Space).
Thirty Sevens :sawzall: (sorry about your re-regear)
    Electric sway bar disconnect.

If you build a bed rack you'll off course need lighting on it to communicate to rear traffic plus a dust light.
    Rear Fog light.
Firearm storage other than a drop in center arm rest box.
Hack head unit firmware to add CarPlay/Android Auto.
Bedside storage accessible from the outside.
Central Locking gas filler door. (gassohole chastity belt).

@mesojdm Nice ride! Where are you currently storing your spare? Looking to remount my 285/70/17 in the factory space beneath the bed but wondering if a BFG K02 will fit.

What kind of hard case is that? Is it the tan pelican? Or another brand? It matches the truck so well!

    LOL no, sorry not mine.

    Project RTT mount is underway:)

This will not be dedicated bed rack, but more along the lines of a "modular bed rail".
The rails will stay in permanently along with the spare tire and hi-lift mount. Bed space will not be altered, and I will have multiple tie-down points. Then, the 4 post RTT rack will lock down into it. The benefit of this is if I change tents, or even want a different bed rack later on I just need to make a upper frame.

Of course, can't forget about the lights:D
The plan is to keep my existing 3rd brake light on the cab for when RTT is off. Then, when it's attached there will be a new (permanent) 3rd brake bolted to the rear RTT bar. Wires run inside the tube frame with a quick disconnect at the base.

Triple BD brake lights(red) facing rearward, with a white BD dome(with switch) facing down for some added bed light.
