    Man, do I love me some VR6. Such a great engine note with an exhaust on them. Also a huge fan of the R32, wanted once since Midnight Club 2.

    The new Golf R looks great, but I can't deal with Volkswagen dealers anymore. My Jetta was an absolute nightmare and the dealer sure wasn't helping. My dream VAG build is a Nogaro '00 S4 though, that way I can tow it with my truck whenever it breaks. :D

    :rofl::rofl:

    S4's are bad ass! And that nogaro is amazing! But yes, the exhaust on the VR6 is the best, IMO. Man I miss my R32...

    Agreed... But I can't hunt with 300 WM in Prince William County.. I have a Remington 700 .308 I'd love to use.

    Just got off the phone with the wife... Our dog (hers of 8 years, mine for the last 2) has cancer in her lymph nodes. Her Dad is a vet and found it 2 days ago and just got the results back this evening... apparently the lump grew about 3x the size over the last 2 days. He (father in law) thinks she only has a few weeks unless the wife chooses to do chemo. I told her I support her in whatever she wants to do and would pay for the chemo if that's what she wants. Its expensive AF! If she chooses to not do that, I sure hope the pup makes it 3 more weeks until I get home.

    going to be fun!
    That’s a tough spot to be in with costs... I went through this several years back with the German shepherd I had to put down as I was not spending that kind of money. It was the hardest thing I have ever had to do the vet let me give the shot in t(e room by myself.

    I hope something comes of this situation...

    I agree and that's my thoughts... a lot of money to only potentially prolong the inevitable and I think she sees it that way too. But I told her the choice was hers since it was her dog before mine and she and that pup have been through a lot together.

    MT, because everyone that went AT after switching from a MT regrets it.
    And in snow/Ice compression braking.
    But I'm biased since I was only buying the truck if it was MT.
    I went from an 03 GLI vr6 6spd to the truck.

    Traffic sucks no matter what at least in the MT I can make a game out of it. But the pedal isn't as heavy as the VW so not nearly as much strain on the left leg.
    Come try mine when you get home just to see.

    Im just over the line in loudoun, im in the gray area for rifle use in the county. The cutoff zone is 1/2 mile east of me.

    I appreciate it. I am going to test drive both when I get home and see what I like. I do miss a MT tho bc I sold my last VW in '14. Also will depend on the wife some too because she'll drive the truck a lot when I am gone. She can drive MT tho so that's a plus.
