    It’s not just cali.

Pick your poison. I prefer generally nice weather (except for fire season, lol), and I’m 2 hours from just about any terrain I want, from desert, to beach, to alpine. I try not to define where I live by the statewide politics.

There are states where it’s still illegal to be an atheist and hold public office, there are states that want to teach creationism along side science class, there are states with burdensome environmental regulations, and there are states that think the EPA shouldn’t be allowed to tell you not to dump that stuff in rivers, and still other states that cant admit they lost the civil war.

So, I just sit at home, rambleoin the internet about trucks and motorcycles, and protect and provide for my family, and try not to worry about how much I agree or disagree with the politics of my state because it honestly doesnt matter that much.

Anyway, back to making fun of people who think turbos are illegal...:D

That’s pretty cool. Kinda reminds me of those big bumps that those Arctic expiration trucks use

I looked at a truck like that before mine, thing was perfect, looked brand new, only 90k on it. Couldn't see any obvious sign of rust but the frame was covered in paint/undercoat soooo badly, like you stuck a sprinkler under it. I'm talking overspray on suspension and brake parts, rear shocks painted black, everywhere. It was a perfect truck and I wanted it, but seeing that I got really sketched out

I thought maybe it was the stuff they did for warranty work but then I saw it on the body and I got suspicious and looked closer.

Saw the silicone, stood up, and went home. Everything else was pretty nice though.

They do mentally though. To me anyway. I want something that’ll last years.

I’m not getting rid of my truck either, it’ll just stay at home probably for the most part

Then in your budget range you're likely fucked haha, maybe a new Chevy Sonic, they'll finance anything

I warmed up a grilled cheese sandwich in the winter time on a trail with my supercharger once. Wrapped that sucker in tin foil and put it on the blower, closed the hood and smashed my sandwich :(
