Yeah, I've been wanting to wash my truck but there's no point right now as it'll be covered in ash again in like 30 mins.

Besides bulletproof vests, Solar is a must in Stockton

One of the first things I did was make the house as energy efficient as I could ... all LEDs, new SEER 18 HVAC (old unit was 35+ years old), installed smart plugs to monitor and adjust usage, etc

AC runs 10-12 hours a day. So far so good. -$336.00

its pretty shitty. When i was up there i noticed a few sections with the insulation in the center of the trusses with gaps on either side because the previous owner was a schmuck

Previous owners are all cunts. It's the law.

    That's a #1 fall project....

    R38 cellulose = ~16 inches, IIRC.

Not enough to have a build thread.
Really dont care what gear your in, I'd avoid turning a locked IFS front end unless on a very forgiving terrain (ie snow or sand)

My buddy just did solar at their place in placerville. It gets hot AF. The bill was over a grand in summer. Now they only pay $29/month
Granted the solar was around 40k. But worth it if you plan on living there for many years. And im sure there are rabate programs out there for going solar too
