    If that's the case, buy there.

    Selling stuff is simple. I shoot a price. I get a lowball. We negotiate a fair price where both the buyer and seller feel good about the purchase. And then we exchange goods. Never buy the offer of the dealer. Always negotiate to the point where you will be satisfied with your purchase.
