Honestly, I think I am about to lose my front bumper. It is a purely cosmetic and functions only to hold the fog lights and wiring. I have no fender liners so it does not have any other purpose. I could easily bend some brackets at school and forget about it The front "impact bar" or "reinforcement" is weak and probably will get swapped out with something more badass. I am aware it is designed to crush so the airbag sensors blah blah. I like your style. I think you should just get a front skid and call it a day

Meso don't take a US Marine barking at you personally, that's their version of a hug and a slap on the shoulder saying "hi-buddy", just tell him he is a "Skating Barney" because he can't make his truck as puuuurrrty as your's. People argue whether to call them leathernecks or jarheads, I like to simplify things and just use the term Leather-head, that way everybody is happy. No rainbows and sunshine spew out of a Marine unless, he's being ordered to read something for the press core, they are chasing some tail or they are talking to one of their moms.

The way the truck is looking now is actually kinda neat, looks like your starting a "Mad Max" / "Armageddon" type of build,
if you had some graphics put on some vinyl, simulating torn rusty battle scared bodywork, it could really give it a "theme".
Give it a real "F. U. I'm having fun, get out of my way" look.
Either that or get TWO redneck spotters and stop driving it like you're "packing cotton" and "finish" the rest of the truck.

I'd put something over the front impact bar though, not sure how the Air Bag sensors are calibrated on these things but they were designed with the impact absorbing "cones" in the front. So stupid things could set off your airbags now, which will make a real mess of your interior.
Or worse yet, as someone mentioned,
You could spill your beer when they go off!
Imagine reporting back and having to say that you wasted beer on shore leave, you'll be made to use a sippy cup.
