Want to whip up a slide to mount the fridge here and be able to access more easily from passenger side when at camp. Also need to get to work on a dual battery setup but I’m just psyched to have a fridge. Really happy with the fit in the xtra cab too. Was worried it wouldn’t really fit or be able to open but I don’t foresee any issues.

I got a new one of these things.

No more sputtery idle and random check engine lights. As soon as I find the will to change it.

You probably spent more time creating the post about it than it would have taken to replace it.

I’m so wore out at the end of the day I just want to sleep. 8 more days and I’m done adulting for a minute and will have time.

    I’ll probably change it Friday.

You're not done "adulting" until you are in the grave.

Adults are fundamentally weak, because they understand their pressures but instead pioneer new forms of escapism. Better to be a kid and enjoy yourself for a bit than be mired in adulting all the time right? Just a tiny break, the grave isn't rest you can enjoy anyway

    Whoa!

    That's deep!

You sure do use your mouth pretty. LOL, just kidding.

I agree with everything stated. The only thing I want to add: Be young as long as you want, but once you become a burden to society, then all bets are off.

For that matter, I bet everyone of you have members of your family that are nothing but a stone around the neck of the clan.

I’m 19, work 12-14 hour days 5 days a week trying to pay for school, I don’t think I’m too big of a burden. (I know you weren’t singling my out but I figured I’d say it anyway haha)

That being said though, I was unemployed for 9 months, living off of saving, having a ball.

    Agreed.

I don't think anyone in this thread will ever be a drain on the family. In fact, I bet most are going to try to get away from their families because of their success. I'm speaking of the younger members, for the most part.

Looking back at the accomplishments that many here have undertaken only proves that you are all the "doers". Any problems with their trucks are met head on and fixed as soon as reasonable possible.

    Examples going by memory.

JKO: Blown ball joints. Fixed, truck is on the road (more like the trails). Needs more capacity in the bed, new leafs.

ST7: rolls the truck. switched just about everything and is back on the road. Wants a SC 4 cylinder. Many said it was untried and not a viable undertaking. Get a supercharged truck.

Jamesboy: Takes the truck swimming. Many said start shopping for a new truck. Truck is back to running.

BM: Wants power windows, gets power windows. Wants 4WD, get 4WD.

I'm sure you see where I'm going.

Feel free to add. I know I have forgot a lot.
