Which makes sense. But also, you’re moving from a relatively new Tacoma, supercharged, and 6 speed manual, with new suspension and plenty of mods. Down to a naturally aspirated dog of a V6 at your elevation. You don’t want to pay close to what reasonable market value is. So, in my opinion, it’s better to just take a low payment and keep your own truck. Maybe strip bumpers and lights (thing you don’t use) and keep wheels, tires, and suspension. And focus your debt efforts on other things.

Damn, found a listing for a house with a workshop that has 220V but again... terrible location.

Location is critical especially for appreciation and offloading the house at some point in the future.

    Don't compromise.

This isn't a bad idea either. But if I were to keep the truck I wouldn't wana to sell anything on it. its all 100% paid for an everything is what I would do again.
Also I feel a 1st gen is a better trail rig smaller cheaper. An I wouldn't feel bad cutting holes in a 8-10k truck as to where a 25k hurts your soul.
I'm not opposed to paying more for a truck $8500 is just what's currently in my hands.
An I've been driving a lifted jeep 6cyl 5 speed for the last 2 months I'm not to worried about speed an being a race car right now. Plus depending on how "built" the truck is when I get one frist thing I wana do is some sorta crawl box.
Idk I just feel prioritys have shifted an I don't want it anymore. I don't need a truck worth 25k an a suv worth 35-40.

Yeah I'll live with a house that has a less than optimal garage setup and "make it work" in favor of a nice location any day. Hell I'll get a prefab quonset and have a good old fashioned AZTW barn raising on an RV ramp (as long as it's kosher) for that score. I'm just looking at options that have a bigger garage at this point and it looks like the biggest I will find is "oversize 2 car" which is about what I have now.

Not currently. Broke college student status. Though she has been streaming playing video games and been getting a lot more followers than I would have imagined, to the point where she's just a few shy of monetizing her twitch channel at this point. :notsure:

You could always keep the truck garaged for a bit while you search for a toy? I assume you’ll regret the crap out of selling it. My in law for example has one of her cars stored in her sisters garage since she has the room. It just sits there

    I don't think I'll regret it.
And storing it doesn't help me. I would still be paying on it witch is one of the top reasons I'm selling it.
