Third party software seems to still favor Windows. Mac is fine, my wife has several, still need a PC to run QuickBooks Pro for now. Intuit...get it together

I do a lot in .NET. The logger, flash manager, etc is .NET.

Also I will be unavailable from August 11th to 14th for tow testing 2000 miles

Wonder how easy it would be to port them over to Java (not suggesting, just idle curiosity...I’m not an application dev, I’m server side and security side). Once a person understands programming concepts, languages are just differences in architectures and syntaxes really.

@OVTune Have fun on your trip!

    1.04 91 tune, stock.

Flat driving 50-55mph some hills up and down, no wind. No stomping on it, just cruising.

Never thought I ever would have seen this mileage in my Tacoma.

We expect a full report on the adventure including video and sassy commentary.

Hmmm.. I know, try and make it like one of those epic RoadKill trip vids (without the roadside wrenching in flip flops).

The new shift points happen at a lower speed dropping the rpms to 1000 then shifting to the next gear to early. Basically not taking advantage of the engines power band.

Finally got around to tuning my truck today. 2016 Limited 4x4. 91 octane. Super easy. I was scared after reading this forum lol.
Like the tune. Didn't notice a lot different on power. Loved the smoother shifting. Here's what makes it worth every dollar:
The truck stayed in drive the entire time. I'd been shifting it manually since i bought it.

Exactly my thought! I'm cureently on 1.03. 1.04 didn't work well for me. I hope its not a one way street. @OVTune can incorporate 04B04 for 1.03 just incase? I don't see why not when 1.04 can... :fingerscrossed:

I had the same issue. I had to go out to the truck and plug it into the tatrix adapter. Then I was able to download the tatrix ciles. Skip the Mega update. The current tune is what Matt sends you.
You have to read your trucks ecu factory program and id.
Copy and paste that into an email to Matt. Include the specific details about your order like, order number, model, trans and any powertrain mods.
He will email your files, plug it in and follow the instructions in the link and in about a minute or so you are flashed.
All I can say is that this is by far the best and one of the most noticeable improvements in performance that I have added to my truck.

Heck, my truck down shifted at 40 mph coasting down a hill, almost held my speed at 40 mph all the way down the hill. Before I had to use my SSP to hold the lower gear.
My truck is much more aggressive, now it has the the balls under the hood to match the aggressive attitude it projects.
If you don't have this tune, your selling yourself short! I can only imagine how much more power it would have if it was stock without all the gear I have on my truck.

Wait for another 2 weeks after what I think is the ECU learning the tune and the driver, it just keeps getting better and better. Everytime I drive it now it feels a little different, small little improvements that are almost un noticeable.
