    Correctamundo, mostly. Only non-poultry meats are suitable for breakfast - eggs and chicken is a no-go, but eggs go great with red meats. Steak is a very acceptable breakfast meat as evidenced in a chopped steak and egg breakfast taco. I even tossed some broken up whitefish (crappie) filets in a pan and scrambled some eggs in, and it was freaking amazing. No chicken, though. Did it once, and have never done it again.

    HOWEVER...

    Leftover cold fried chicken is a perfectly acceptable alternative breakfast on its own, especially when accompanied by a dry biscuit and a shitload of Tylenol. Washed down with a beer, of course. Pizza is the same.

    I was all set for another trip to Houston today. The boss assigned my load to another driver so they told me to take a different Houston run. Third driver didn’t want to do what the boss said so now I’m headed to San Antonio. I love working with stupid people.
