20 jalapenos sliced
.5 cup of onion minced
3 garlic cloves minced
Big pinch of salt

Saute on high heat with 1 tbsp of your favorite oil for 5 minutes then add 2 cups of water and cook for 20 more minutes

I added some homemade chipotle powder after this and let it cool to room temp

Pour into food processor and blend as you slowly pour in 1 cup of white vinegar. Keep going until it's smooth.

Ask wife to taste it and promise it isn't hot

Pour into a jar or bottles

 

That second to last step seems the key step

 

A little fresh lime juice added at the end will put this over the top.

I don't think there is any shame in following JLo's career closely. I didn't realize that there was such thing as a booty that don't quit until JLo starred in such films as Anaconda and Selena. Awkwardly enough, I had to watch Selena in high school Spanish class and was given detention for exclaiming something a teenage boy shouts as JLo pushed that push mower across the lawn.
