I read about some of that.

Well, if you need wiring help, don't hesitate. And I'm up in Santa Rosa thru the summer since my camping spot in Mendocino NF will be burning to the ground in the next few days.

Thanks! I'm no stranger to wiring, electrical systems are actually my specialty. Before I converted to 4WD, I converted my crank windows, manual mirrors & manual locks to full motorized and actuated ones by swapping in Double Cab door harnesses and making my own retrofit system to adapt to the OEM power and signal distribution system by bypassing the integration module.

I've built a couple of these systems for other members on here, here's the latest one. Everything is OEM up to the kick panel, where my own system takes over.

Antenna cable for my HAM radio. Need to get a proper NMO mount to drop in through the roof.

Ah okay, makes sense. Low profile NMO fits nicely up there

Yep, just need to get a new antenna and take the step of drilling through the roof. :anonymous:

Left one. The coating. The armor stuff is super thick and blobby.

Here are the sliders before I go and POR15 and bed line them. They turned out really well, super happy with it.

P0171 code caused the check engine light to come on in my daughter's truck so I popped the hood to look things over. Decided to take a few more pics. Wasn't sure if I was happy witht he high temp silver paint but it is growing on me.

If you want a textured bed liner like the armor one, get it in the paint cans that you apply via brush/roll brush.

There is plenty of room to get the top of the bars with a brush for the POR15. If I was able to do it myself it would have been done in a different order but you work with that you got. It’ll turn out fine in the end I think

http://cvjreman.com/ out of Denver does good work. Their website is pretty old-school lame (no option to actually buy anything off of it) so you have to call or email them.
