Copy, I’m in SoCal. I’m getting a new transfer case skid and this time I went with the exhaust reroute version (my current one was not the reroute version) and they said I needed a different transmission skid for it to mount to so I just ordered another transmission skid plate. If I cant find a local buyer I’ll be selling the transmission skid here for super cheap.

Yea, shipping would suck. I'm sure you'll find a buyer.

I got the F-16 Series. The lights are great, no issues so far and they match the DRLs. They were plug and play and it took no more than a minute to install.20180808_192524.jpg

Yea shipping will be about $40-$50 id guess. But if it doesn’t sell local I can give you a good deal on the transmission skid to make up for that. The transfer case skid though won’t be for sale though, I’ll be sending it back when I get the replacement. I’ll keep you posted.

Does the trd skid have more coverage than the stock skid? Or just more heavy duty?

Your stock plates are in two pieces. Trd version is one piece which covers a bit more than stock. It is heady duty!

Just a razor blade. Took a couple cuts to get through, but it worked.

Yes it was a standard chrome tip. Didn't do any real prep other then wiping it off with a degreaser.

Looking from the inside the car to outside the car, is it obvious the tint is darker in the front windows than the rears privacy windows?

    I got stuff on order...
No, not that I can tell. It's not really darker, it's a slightly different shade though. It's really not noticeable to me at all when I'm driving. But man, what a difference on radiant interior temps.

Edit: Just noticed the mirror reflection of my shop in that pic lol

I know what your saying. I’m driving to Wyoming in October so I’m waiting til I get back to install mine. May get a mechanic friend to help or I may have it done by a shop not sure yet. I’m pretty hands on but not a mechanic by any means. I’ve been looking for a year so a little more wait won’t kill me.

There may be guys on the forum near you more than willing to help for nothing more than the opportunity to meet up, or some beer and pizza.

This forum is so freakin' fantastic like that!

I want to make my TRD pro exhaust tip black also. The issue we have is it’s welded to the exhaust so you can’t exactly just take it off to hang it. Whatever you do to paint it would have to be done while it’s on the truck.
If you do it please share how it came out.
